It's ALIVE! The Wine has an Affinity for Seafood.

The wine has an affinity for seafood. It's ALIVE!  At least according to last night's sommelier...Last I checked, wine doesn't have affinity for anything really....but what do I know?

It is a little bit nutty. If you like it now, you will love it after a few more sips.  I know someone else that fits that description...hmmmm. 

God bless sommeliers and their ability to give life to an otherwise lifeless, inanimate glass of wine.  Magic, sommelier style.  Catch it.
