Captain's Log: Day 1 at Sea. Great White Sharks are Partial to AC/DC

Captain's Log: Day 1 at sea, 0400 hours. Mission accomplished. I've met people my own age! Victory is mine! Virtual high five's all around. After last night's dinner it was looking highly uncertain whether I'd eventually meet anyone under the age of 60. However, things are now looking up! Became acquainted with two very nice couples, one from England, one from Canada this afternoon. Both of which are under the age of 40. Score! Dinner reservations together tonight at the steakhouse onboard the ship (lol as opposed to dinner with the fishes in the open ocean, which may or may not be saved for another evening...). What we've learned thus far is that Canadians and English are much friendlier than New Yorkers. Alert the press folks, this is breaking news! In other news, we have learned that apparently, in Australia, eco-friendly shark cage excursions do NOT use bait, blood, chum or anything of the sort to attract Jaws to your cage. You know what they DO use? Music. And not just ANY music. AC/DC. Yep, that's right. Apparently great white sharks are attracted to AC/DC when played underwater. Which I find funny.
